FERRERO INTERNATIONAL S.A. PRIVACY POLICY

Ferrero International S.A. (hereinafter the Company) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Ferrero Careers website and shall do everything in its power to ensure that personal data is treated with respect to fundamental rights and freedoms as well as personal dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal information. We require users to provide certain personal information and details in order to provide our services, and we would therefore like to explain the procedures and ways in which we handle data supplied to us.

Source, type and purpose of data

The Company collects personal information and details on its website, Ferrero Careers.
You may upload your CV on a database on our website. In particular, the Company will ask you to enter certain information such as your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and professional qualifications in order to allow you access to the Ferrero Careers service, which is intended to manage applications for possible recruitment purposes.

Types of organisation to whom your data may be provided

Through the Ferrero Careers website, the Company will provide your data to companies in the Ferrero Group based in the European Union.
Your personal data will be made known to staff in the Personnel Departments of Ferrero Group companies.
You are informed that in all circumstances, in order to carry out its activities, the Technical Subcontractor (a company outside the Ferrero Group whose services we use) will transfer your personal details to the United States.

Storage of your personal details and account

Your personal details, together with your account, will be kept for a period of 18 months from the time they are entered or the most recent modification made by you. Your personal data will be destroyed after this time.

Data Controller

The Data Controller, pursuant to the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg of 2 August 2002 ("Loi du 2 août 2002 relative à la protection des personnes à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel") is Ferrero International S.A. with registered office at: 6E, route de Trèves, L - 2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.

Minors

Ferrero Careers may offer part-time or seasonal work which is also suitable for minors. In this regard, in order to register and hold an account on the Ferrero Careers website, the minor must also provide the company with certain personal information.
Through the Ferrero Careers website, the company may use the minor's personal details and therefore may only accept registration if a parent or guardian have given their consent in this regard. If, however, a parent considers it necessary to prevent a minor from using the Ferrero Careers website, programs are available which enable the control of access to the Internet or its various pages. If a minor wishes to access the services provided by Ferrero Careers, we consider it appropriate for the parent or guardian to assist and guide them when browsing the site.

(c) in application of art. 26. of the law of 2 August 2002 of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, you have the right to access, amend, correct or remove the data, as well as the right to oppose the use of data concerning you. With regard to deceased persons, these rights may be exercised by whomever it may concern.

IMPORTANT:

You are required to give your consent to the use of personal data by Ferrero International S.A. and its Technical Subcontractor for the purposes strictly related to the services provided, in order to enter your details in the database or to register with Ferrero Careers.

The applicant declares his/her approval of the use of his/her personal data for purposes strictly related to the services provided (consent must be given by a parent or guardian in the case of minors).

The undersigned hereby gives consent for his/her data to be transferred to the United States of America and to Ferrero Group companies based in the European Union
